I just want to take a minute and tell you what an amazing staff you have at your Stadium Drive location. I went down for an estimate and was talked to through the whole thing. The people out back took the time to fix my door right there so I could open it from the accident. I did not expect that. It was not easy crawling through passenger side. Lol There was so much more damage than the adjuster could see. Angelo called and emailed me every step of the way explaining the delay and what exactly what was wrong with the car. Angelo went way beyond what was expected to make sure my car was perfect when I got it. He didn’t like the way my wheel looked when delivered so made sure I had a better one. The mechanics out back kept finding things and fixing them properly to assure that my vehicle was safe. Some places I’ve seen are not that thorough. I’ve been in the car business for 15 years. Just shooting Chris Griffith an email warning her that my car was coming, she took the time to assure me they would do a great job and she was right. I work for Harold Zeigler and pay the bills for him. (including to you) ;0). I will refer everyone I come in contact with about your business and the great people that work for you. You are lucky employer.

Because your service tech left your note in my car I wanted to let you know what I thought about my recent experience with Auto Body USA in Oshtemo.

My 2007 Camry was hit in the parking lot at a Meijer store. Now the damage wasn’t extensive, however it’s a lease car and I was of course devastated. To my surprise the man who hit me was nice enough to leave a note! That doesn’t happen much these days. I called his insurance company and they instructed me to get an estimate from an auto body repair shop. In my 35 years of driving I have never had an accident and didn’t have a clue as to whom to call so I took my car to the Toyota dealership and my salesman suggested I try your company.

Rob, from the first phone call to Brenda, along with the quick estimate by Heather (complete with a complimentary bottle of water while I waited), to the convenience of having Enterprise on site to pick up a rental, with Bill personally phoning me the next day letting me know he was “with my car” and what was happening, topped off with a spanking clean car upon pick up, to the final rose ceremony…..

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!

You should be very proud of all of your staff and please send them my regards and my many thanks for making someone else’s error a good occurrence for me. I too am in customer relations and I think people should be praised for the good things they do and not just reprimanded for the things that aren’t so well done. Hi Justin. Sorry about the delay getting in touch with you about the work done on our car...we were on vacation for two weeks and then I had a couple business trips to complete. At any rate I want to thank you and the team of auto body repair professionals for the outstanding work you did on our 2008 Honda. The car truly looks as good as brand new. Having had car repairs for the past 45 years I think I am a good judge of quality workmanship and my sense is that careful attention to detail has brought the fit and finish back to original. The paint work is superb...blending without even a hint of refinishing panels. Finally, it was a nice treat to have our clean car (inside and out) ready to go in our garage upon returning from our traveling.
